Japan-Mongolia Finance Dialogue (June 8, 2023)
On June 8, 2023, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and the Ministry of Finance of Japan held the first Japan-Mongolia Finance Dialogue (Vice-ministerial level: the Mongolian side was led by Mr. Ganbat, State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, and the Japanese side was led by Mr. Masato Kanda, Vice Minister of Finance for International Affairs). During the dialogue, both sides had a candid exchange of views on developments in the global economy, Mongolia's economic situation and policy implementation, and technical cooperation between Japan and Mongolia. In the margins of the dialogue, Vice Minister KANDA Masato also had meetings with Mr. Javkhlan, Minister of Finance and Mr. Khurelbaatar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Development.
