Suspension of Special Entitlements of JGB Market Special Participants granted to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd.

The MOF will suspend special entitlements of JGB Market Special Participants granted to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. from October 15, 2024 to November 14, 2024, based on the fact that market manipulation of 10-year Japanese Government Bond futures by the company was identified.
