The Cabinet approved the Cabinet Order on Partially Amending Related Cabinet Orders for the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act（FEFTA）on September 11, 2026.
On september 16, 2026, the Cabinet Order and other relevant rules and regulations (hereinafter "Rules and Regulations") were promulgated, and the results of the public consultation on these draft Rules and Regulations were published on e-Gov.
