The Cabinet approved the Amendment of Cabinet Order on Inward Direct Investment.

The Cabinet today approved the Amendment of Cabinet Order on Inward Direct Investment.
The Cabinet Order and other relevant rules and regulations (Rules and Regulations) will be promulgated on April 4 , 2025 . The amended Rules and Regulations will come into force and be implemented on May 19.

Comments and responses to the public consultation on the draft rules and regulations of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act have been published on "e-Gov".
In addition, the "List of classifications of listed companies regarding the prior-notification requirements on inward direct investment under the FEFTA" will also be posted.
