Publication of the amendment to the Public Notices adding the core business sectors of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act to secure stable supply chains

The provisions of the revised Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA) Public Notices is hereby promulgated on August 16 and shall apply to inward direct investment and equivalent actions to be made on or after September 15 after the 30-day transitional period.
