The Group of creditors of Ukraine, including Japan, and the government of Ukraine concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on September 14, 2022 in order to implement the debt service suspension announced on July 20, 2022.Please see the attached statement published by the Group of Creditors of Ukraine.
