The Trilateral Finance and Central Bank Deputies’ Meeting (Luang Prabang, Lao PDR / April 3, 2024)

On April 3, 2024, the Trilateral Finance and Central Bank Deputies’ Meeting was held in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR, under the chairmanship of Japan, and discussed ASEAN+3 issues including Regional Financing Arrangement (RFA), before the ASEAN+3 Finance and Central Bank Deputies’ Meeting on the same day. This meeting was attended by Mr. Masato Kanda, Vice Minister of Finance for International Affairs, Ministry of Finance of Japan, Mr. Jutaro Kaneko, Director, International Department, Bank of Japan, Mr. Xuan Changneng, Deputy Governor, People’s Bank of China, Mr. Cheng Zhijun, Director General, Ministry of Finance of China, Mr. Ji-Young Choi, Deputy Minister for International Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea and Mr. Jwahong Min, Deputy Governor, Bank of Korea.
