Masato Kanda, Vice Minister for International Affairs visited Kyrgyz （September 28-29, 2023）
Between September 28 and 29, 2023, in Bishkek, Kyrgyz, Masato Kanda, Vice Minister for International Affairs had meetings with Mr. Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration and Mr. Baisalov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. Last year, marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries. Both sides had a candid exchange of views on bilateral cooperation on domestic taxes and customs administration capacity; technical assistance through international organizations including for small- and middle-sized enterprises; and situation surrounding Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
