Signing of Customs Mutual Assistance Agreement (CMAA) between Japan and the Republic of Moldova

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA REGARDING MUTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE AND COOPERATION IN CUSTOMS MATTERS was signed today at Chisinau by Mr. KATAYAMA Yoshihiro, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Moldova and H.E. Mr. Igor TALMAZAN, Director of the Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Moldova.

This Agreement will enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the receipt of the latter of the notifications by the Contracting Parties, in writing, through diplomatic channels, that their respective internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement have been completed.
