Issuance of Commemorative Coins for the 20th Asian Games and 5th Asian Para Games
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) plans to issue coins to commemorate the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 and the 5th Asian Para Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026, which will be held this year.

Note 2. These commemorative coins will only be sold by the Japan Mint, and will not be available to be exchanged at financial institutions, etc.
Note 3. Since each of these coins uses precious metal and is crafted with special technologies, the cost of manufacturing them exceeds the face value.
