On October 24, 2024, the Policy Research Institute (PRI) and the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences (CAFS), jointly held the seventh Japan-China Think Tank Forum on Finance Policy in Beijing, focusing on “Fiscal Policy, Climate Policy, and Sustainable Development”. Since 2016, the PRI has held joint seminars with the CAFS, which operates under the auspices of the Chinese Ministry of Finance.

The distinguished speakers delivered presentations on “Economic situation and Fiscal Policy” and “Climate Change Policy”. Moreover, commentators provided their opinions on these presentations to facilitate active discussions.
