Addition of a New Item to the Portfolio Investment Assets by Quotation Currency
The Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Japan have added January 2024 data of the Chinese yuan, to the currency breakdown of the Portfolio Investment Assets by Quotation Currency. Additionally, the data of the Chinese yuan for January 2022 through December 2023 will be added in the next revision, scheduled for April 8, 2024.
