PRI offers a Unique experience by bringing together the public sector professionals and policy practi-tioners from developing and emerging econo-mies in the region and exchange their respec-tive experiences and learn lessons from each other. This visit further offers us the opportuni-ty to gain some experience of Japanese cul-ture, language and lifestyle. I quite vividly re-member and cherish the pleasant memories of my visit.I would like to mention that this experience inspired me to get some more Japanese cultur-al experience and motivated me to pursue my master’s degree at the University of Tsukuba, which I completed in 2019.I look forward to more such opportunities of-fered by PRI for the public policy practitioners from developing countries in the future.（概要仮訳）・このセミナーで学んだ日本の知識と経験は、我々の国が次のステージに行くための財政・経済改革を促進する手助けとなり、感謝しています。（原文ママ）Happy 30th Anniversary of the Policy Re-search Institute under the Ministry of Finance of Japan! This is indeed a milestone to cele-brate!In 2019 I had a great opportunity to partici-pate in the Seminar for Central Asian and Cau-casian Countries. I am sure it was a very inter-esting and useful seminar for all of the participants. We had a chance to be familiar with the Japanese fiscal-budget system, tax and customs system, pension system, etc., to discuss on economic challenges of Central Asian and Caucasian Countries.I am grateful to the PRI for organizing such kind of seminars to assist fiscal and economic reforms in developing countries like Kazakh-stan.
