Japan Bank for International Cooperation(JBIC) U.S.Dollar Bonds guaranteed by Japan (the ''Bonds'')(issue on January 21,2021)

The government of Japan guarantees U.S.Dollar Bonds launched by JBIC.

 

Terms and conditions of the Bonds are as follows.

1. Amount of Issue:

1,500Million U.S.Dollars

2. Coupon Rate:

1.250%

3. Issue Price:

98.993%

4. Yield:

1.358%

5. Issue Date:

January 21, 2021

6. Maturity Date:

January 21, 2031
