2. According to the reform of the Fiscal Investment and Loan Program (FILP) in FY2001, the portfolio investments made by the Postal Savings Special Accounts, Postal Life Insurance Welfare Corporation, and the Pension Welfare Service Public Corporation will be removed and the Government-guaranteed foreign bonds will be added in the FILP plan. Thus, the figures in FY2000 (Initial) are adjusted for appropriate comparison with those in FY2001.
3. The total amount of the FILP plan in FY2001 is 26.9% lower than that of the FILP plan in FY2000 including the portfolio investments mentioned above which was 44,495.5 billion yen.
4. The figures may be changed after the scrutiny.
