MOF Is Now on YouTube and Google+

To date, MOF has been linked in via social network services such as Twitter and Facebook, and now it will start using YouTube [1] and Google+[2][3][4], which it hopes will allow it to publicize information about policies and measures that will draw the interest of an even wider audience.

Both of these MOF sites are linked from the top page of the MOF website.

MOF will continue its effort to provide the public and markets with accurate and timely information by using these new tools in addition to the MOF website Twitter and Facebook.

[1] MOF also operates the Japan Customs Channel.

[2] MOF joined Google+ in November 2011 and has operated its site on a trial basis.

[3] The information MOF will share via Google+ will be basically the same as what it shares via Facebook.

[4] MOF will be the first of the Japanese government ministries and agencies to obtain the Google+ Verified User Badge.
