The Policy Research Institute accepted 10 participants from Myanmar Government as a part of the “Tokyo Workshop on the Program for Myanmar’s Economic Development” hosted by JICA. Three lectures were given, which was “Japanese Tax System and Tax Administration” by the National Tax Agency staff, “Government Debt Management Policy” by the Financial Bureau staff and “Foreign Exchange System-Japan’s Experiences” by the International Bureau staff.

    Active discussions took place with a lot of questions raised by participants, indicating the high level of interest among the participants.
