2. In FY2001, besides the planned bond issuance above, cooperating with transitional measures for smooth enforcement of the reform of the Fiscal Investment Loan Program, the Postal Savings, the Pension Reserves and the Postal Life Insurance will directly purchase the Fiscal Loan Fund Special Account Bonds (FILP Bonds) for 17,900 billion yen, for 11,900 billion yen, and for 3,600 billion yen respectively.
The total issuance of the FILP Bonds will be 43,897.4 billion yen.
