III. Conclusion
The Committee has indicated basic principles and specific issues concerning the amendment of Foreign Exchange Law. We eagerly expect that in accordance with this report, the draft of an amended Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Law will be prepared and submitted to the Diet soon.
We hope that the reform of the foreign exchange control system will further integrate the domestic and foreign financial systems, promoting the overall structural reform of the Japanese financial market.
